Required

Required PhD in geosciences, computer science, engineering or related field
Proven research record in geospatial AI as evidenced by publications
Expertise with development of AI models
Hands-on programming expertise
Explainable, ethical AI
Knowledge about vision transformers, self-supervised learning
Broad familiarity with geospatial programming libraries

Preferred

Non-LLM foundation model expertise
Time Series Foundation Models
Expertise with Graph transformers
Knowledge with multi-modal masked auto encoders
Expertise in developing larger-scale AI models (SLURM)
