Responsibilities
Apply strong technical knowledge and understanding of business objectives, manufacturing operations, and organizational dynamics to take an effective and proactive leadership role within a specific manufacturing engineering discipline
Lead, direct, and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks involving multiple inter-coordinating technical elements
Anticipate and identify key technical issues and develop recommendations for resolution, including situations where no precedent exists and creative problem-solving is required
Develop and apply new methods and approaches while evaluating potential impacts on interconnected system components
Collaborate with peers and mentors through structured peer reviews to validate technical approaches, design decisions, and verification/validation activities
Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
Qualification
