Responsibilities
You will manage the Midwest territory to generate ETF sales through key wealth management relationships and partner with other distribution teams within Franklin Templeton to develop and generate business
You will maintain a high level of ETF and industry knowledge, with the ability to deliver presentations to a broad array of audiences
You will update activity in CRM and work with sales management on territory objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years' industry experience in ETF Sales covering the Midwest region
In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investments
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics internally and externally
Knowledge of relevant tools helpful (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg)
Must be self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills
Must be comfortable with extensive travel (> 50%)
Relevant BA/BS degree required
