Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional corporate initiatives spanning IT, operations, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and facilities
Develop and maintain an integrated, enterprise level project roadmap that aligns timelines, dependencies, and business readiness across initiatives
Identify and manage cross-project risks, resource conflicts, and interdependencies
Lead planning and execution for major system implementations and go-lives, including:
ERP implementation and ongoing enhancements
CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Production system go-lives
MES implementation
Accounting/Finance and ARM implementations
Coordinate business process readiness, testing, cutover planning, and post–go-live stabilization
Support operational readiness initiatives, including:
Prototyping and new process introduction
Receiving and three-way invoicing implementation
SIOP process support and supply chain transformation initiatives
Inventory, production, and material flow changes
Support AFE development, change management, and approval workflows
Track project budgets, forecast impacts, and ensure financial discipline across initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, functional owners, vendors, and external partners
Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and executive-ready reporting
Drive decision-making through structured governance, escalation, and issue resolution
Support new M&A integration projects and government-related initiatives as required
Execute ad hoc strategic projects critical to business growth and operational maturity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5–10 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in manufacturing, industrial, or technology driven environments
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, MES, or similar)
Strong understanding of business process integration across finance, supply chain, operations, and IT
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Stage-Gate, or similar)
Solid understanding of cost control, forecasting, and project financial tracking
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smarsheet) and MS Office Suite
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills

Preferred

PMP certification or equivalent experience
Experience supporting greenfield operations, scale-up environments, or M&A integrations
Familiarity with capital projects, facility expansions, and operational readiness programs
