Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, from sourcing through offer support
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical needs
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical background and fit
Coordinate interviews and technical assessments as needed
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT roles
Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical needs
