Responsibilities

Creation and update of SolidWorks models, Bill-of-Materials, Fabrication/Assembly Drawings, and Test/Assembly Procedures
Design and document fixtures for engineering and production use
Assist in the upkeep of the CircuitWorks Component Library
Create SolidWorks Assembly Files of PCB Assemblies using files provided by the Design Team
Contact vendors/manufacturers for quotes on fabricated/custom parts

Qualification

SolidWorksMechanical EngineeringGD&TMaterials ScienceManufacturing processesANSYS

Required

US Person
BS or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred

Knowledge of GD&T
Experience using SolidWorks
Knowledge of Materials and Material Science
Knowledge of Machining/Manufacturing processes
Experience using simulation applications such as ANSYS
