Responsibilities
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing and Switching Protocols – EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, STP, HSRP, VSS, VRF
Experience in Network Security – IPSEC VPN, Remote Access AnyConnect VPN, AAA Architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS
Experience in Cisco Firepower Management Center and Firepower Threat Defense
Experience in managing Citrix Load balancer and Gateways
Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Cisco DNA
Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends
This job requires physical handling of network equipment across the premises including the datacenter
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jacksonville FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Knowledge of Cisco ACI, Data Center Spine-Leave switches, Cisco Voice gateways and Call manager
CCNP – Routing and Switching or Data Center or Security
Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends
Strong communication and Analytical skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
