Junior Compliance Operations & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

Manage Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) and other environmental credits, including generation, separation, and transfers across applicable transaction systems (e.g., EMTS, LRT)
Manage Product Transfer Documents (PTDs) to support EPA compliance requirements
Prepare and timely submit EPA regulatory reports, including Parts 1090, 79, and 80, as well as GHG reporting
Prepare and timely submit LCFS and OFRS reporting, as applicable
Ensure ongoing compliance with environmental regulations, including appropriate documentation and recordkeeping
Review and analyze import and export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations, including required documentation and recordkeeping
Coordinate and compile data for duty drawback claims submitted through the customs broker
Support the Manager with audits, attestations, verifications, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
Prepare and submit the quarterly Electric Quarterly Report (EQR)
Prepare and submit FERC Form 550

Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience or knowledge considered
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Inquisitive
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate successfully with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Prior experience in Petroleum, Renewable and/or Power industry is a plus
Prior experience in customs is a plus
Prior experience in RFS2, environmental credits, etc. is a plus
