Responsibilities
Provide advice to deal teams and oversight with respect to all ATLAS SP warehouse lending and securitization transactions in the U.S and overseas, across asset classes
Stay current on the global regulatory landscape affecting the securitization market across the various underlying asset classes underlying ATLAS SP transactions and across jurisdictions
Provide advice and oversight with respect to reputational, regulatory and other risks that may impact ATLAS SP structured finance transactions
As needed, support or lead development and execution of other Legal Department projects and initiatives in coordination with internal business teams and control functions
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of progressive experience in structured finance and/or securitization transactions
Hold a J.D. from accredited law school and licensed or qualified to practice law in the United States
Ability to manage and execute transactions with minimal oversight
