Epitec is seeking an experienced HR Content Analyst to join their automotive client's team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in auditing, rewriting, creating, and localizing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.

Responsibilities

Audit, update, rewrite, and maintain HR knowledge articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with organizational standards
Create new knowledge articles to address identified content gaps across HR processes
Ensure adherence to standardized templates, tone, formatting, and governance guidelines
Localize and adapt content for regional audiences (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil) ensuring cultural and linguistic alignment
Partner with HR process owners, COEs, HRIS teams, and regional authors to validate content and maintain quality
Analyze content performance metrics (usage, quality, turnaround times) to improve relevance and effectiveness
Maintain high-volume content pipelines, supporting knowledge management objectives and self‑service optimization
Support consistency across global authors and prepare content for future automation and AI-driven enhancements

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in content management, HR operations, or related fields
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
Working knowledge of HR processes, content management principles, and knowledge governance frameworks
Ability to ensure compliance with templates, tone, and organizational writing standards
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities
Experience localizing content or adapting materials for multilingual audiences

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management or similar enterprise CMS platforms
ACKMP or other Knowledge Management certifications such as:
Certified Knowledge Manager Professional (CKMP/CPKM®)
Knowledge Specialist (CKMS®)
Knowledge Auditor (CKMA®)
