Responsibilities
Design and implement new features while continuously improving the quality of technical products and applications
Serve as a hands-on developer within an agile squad
Collaborate with software engineers to define system architectures and design solutions
Develop software that meets established code quality standards and metrics
Apply test-driven development practices
Participate in communities of practice by contributing to standards, reviewing code, and sharing knowledge
Support operational excellence through automation and development of maintainable, supportable, and testable code
Partner with operations and engineering teams to enhance service performance
Stay current with relevant IT trends and technologies
Assist with issue resolution for end users and customers
Contribute to the development of operational procedures for software delivery
Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
