Intalex is partnered with a venture-backed B2B AI software company in San Francisco to hire a Founding Marketer. This role involves building the marketing playbook from scratch and creating content that drives pipeline while maintaining a metrics-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Founding Marketer building the marketing playbook from scratch (positioning, messaging, narrative)
Create and distribute content that drives real pipeline (website/SEO/social/experiments)
Build proof assets: case studies, customer stories, sales collateral, launch content, product videos
Hands-on with visuals and collateral (they want someone who can ship without heavy support)
Metrics-driven: able to explain what moved, why it worked, and what you would do next
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Ability to build a marketing playbook from scratch
Experience creating and distributing content that drives pipeline (website/SEO/social/experiments)
Ability to build proof assets: case studies, customer stories, sales collateral, launch content, product videos
Hands-on experience with visuals and collateral
Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to explain what moved, why it worked, and what you would do next
Comfortable marketing technical products (AI is a bonus)
Ability to simplify complex stories for buyers
Fast-paced, self-directed with a portfolio showing proof and measurable impact
Ability to create or drive content graphics and collateral, not just manage agencies
