Responsibilities

Serve as the principal legal advisor to executive leadership and the board
Lead and oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters under U.S. federal and state laws
Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business goals and risk tolerance
Oversee corporate governance, policies, and internal controls
Review and approve major contracts, partnerships, and strategic transactions
Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy, employment, and corporate regulations
Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and relationships with external counsel
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise leadership on business impact

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Licensed to practice lawCorporate law expertiseHealthcare law expertiseRegulatory compliance expertiseLegal risk managementAdvisory skillsLeadership experience

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state, in good standing
8+ years of progressive legal experience, including senior or leadership roles
Strong expertise in U.S. corporate, healthcare, regulatory, and compliance law
Proven ability to advise executive leadership and manage legal risk at a strategic level
