Marketing Manager
M Crowd Restaurant Group is a portfolio of distinctive, chef-driven restaurant concepts across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They are hiring a Marketing Manager to help execute marketing strategies and lead campaigns that grow brand awareness and drive measurable business results across their restaurant concepts.

Responsibilities
Partner with the VP of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that drive guest traffic, sales, and brand awareness
Manage the annual and promotional marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent execution across all channels
Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and support data-informed decisions
Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, website content, and online advertising
Own online ordering marketing initiatives and optimize digital guest engagement
Manage third-party delivery partner accounts, including promotions, menu accuracy, merchandising, reporting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to support menu launches, LTOs, and special events across multiple restaurant concepts
Create marketing and training materials to support in-store execution and internal communication
Write creative briefs; coordinate asset development (photo, video, print, digital); provide feedback; and proof all materials for accuracy and brand consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Cross-train across marketing functions and provide coverage and support as needed
Support advertising planning and monitor campaign performance using KPIs and dashboards
Analyze results to optimize promotions and improve effectiveness across channels, including delivery platforms
Maintain brand standards and consistent messaging across all guest-facing and internal communications
Support PR, social, and influencer partnerships and coordinate external vendors (creative, printing, production, etc.)
Track and manage project-level budgets across: Advertising Spend: traditional print, digital paid media, influencers, e-commerce; Local Store Marketing: sponsorships, donations, and community-driven events
Qualification
Required
Restaurant Marketing Background and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
Several years in entry-to-mid-level marketing roles (e.g., Marketing Assistant, Social Media Specialist)
Strategic Planning & Analysis: market research, consumer behavior, data interpretation, critical thinking, and project management
Digital Proficiency: experience supporting digital marketing, email marketing, promotions, and multi-channel campaign execution
Communication: strong written, verbal, presentation, and professional email etiquette skills
Creativity & Leadership: ability to develop fresh campaigns, drive engagement, and manage people/projects
Organization: highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Primarily office-based / in-office presence required
Reliable transportation required for ongoing travel throughout the DFW metroplex
Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within North America, for meetings and site visits
Occasional overnight travel
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree is a plus
Familiarity with online ordering platforms and third-party delivery account management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Comfortable working closely with operations teams and supporting store-level execution
