Responsibilities
Independently execute assigned projects and work activities to solve complex business problems, including analyzing requirements, evaluating solutions, designing and developing enhancements, performing testing, and maintaining or improving software applications or IT processes, with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery
Build and demonstrate IT and business knowledge by actively engaging with business stakeholders throughout rotational assignments and proactively managing ongoing career development
Maintain and expand technical knowledge and business acumen within assigned rotational areas by continuously seeking technical training and development opportunities
Engage and participate in required activities and meetings, including engagement sessions, training sessions, and IT meetings
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively showcase or apply software capabilities
Ability to solve problems using procedures and guidelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written
Ability to successfully collaborate and work closely with peers in a teamwork environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and relevant IT experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
Advanced technical skills in engineering, IT and cyber security
