Sales Account Manager
Bedrock Logistics LLC is a debt-free, independently operated 3rd Party Logistics Provider specializing in transportation services across North America. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage customer accounts, develop leads, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales performance targets.

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service
Proficiency in Account Management to manage, maintain, and grow client accounts effectively
Expertise in Lead Generation and Communication to identify new business opportunities and maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude to meet targets and achieve sales goals
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
