They are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Digital Brand Lead to shape the creative direction of the brand, leading brand identity, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities
Lead and evolve Faceplant Dreams’ visual identity across digital advertising, email marketing, packaging, photography, website, catalogs, and retail signage
Ensure cohesive brand storytelling and a premium customer experience across all channels
Collaborate with in-house team members to guide website updates and creative optimizations aligned with luxury standards and conversion goals
Concept and execute high-performing digital and email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
Develop and manage shot lists for twice-annual photoshoots supporting retail and wholesale needs
Direct photoshoots end-to-end, including hiring and managing photographers, stylists, talent, and props
Oversee design and production of a twice-annual 80-page wholesale catalog (print and digital)
Partner closely with Marketing and Leadership to ensure appropriate messaging across wholesale vs. DTC channels
Take on additional creative projects as the brand evolves
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead creative direction for a premium or luxury brand
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, packaging, photography direction, and web experience
Deep understanding of brand storytelling and product marketing
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
Team-first mindset with a positive, adaptable approach
Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Meta platforms, Shopify, Microsoft & Google tools
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance creative ideation and efficiency
Preferred
Experience in luxury fashion, loungewear, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce
Photoshoot production and art direction experience
Knowledge of print production and vendor management
