MCPP: Electronic Maintenance Technician III
KBR is a company providing maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps. The Electronic Technician Maintenance III is responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection, and safe operation of cranes and related support equipment.
Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Operate cranes as required to perform system tests, spreader changes, maintenance operations, and cargo handling
Perform preventative maintenance, including lubrication, oil and filter changes, adjustments, and component replacement
Assist with generator and motor removal, installation, alignment, and repair
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Maintain accurate service, inspection, and maintenance records for all equipment
Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Maintain work areas and assigned equipment in a clean, organized, and professional manner
Monitor and maintain adequate spare parts and supply levels
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
General knowledge of industrial electricity and electronics
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Technical or vocational training may substitute for some experience
Valid driver's license; ability to obtain and maintain endorsements if required
