Responsibilities

Lead strategic proposal development and marketing initiatives to support corporate growth
Prepare and produce complex proposals for energy conservation and renewable energy
Manage information databases for streamlined proposal preparation
Create impactful marketing materials for client engagements
Gather insights from client debriefings to enhance proposal effectiveness
Oversee the creation of award applications and strategic marketing initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pursuit strategies

Required

10+ years in proposal management or marketing strategy in engineering or energy sectors
5+ years in a senior leadership role
Expertise in MS Office, SharePoint, Office 365, and Salesforce
Deep understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and technical writing
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or sustainability
