Responsibilities
Partner with Information Security, IAM engineers, IT teams, and business owners to gather and document requirements for IAM and IGA capabilities, including:
Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes
Access requests and approvals
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Access certifications and recertifications
Facilitate working sessions to translate information security policies into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases
Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment
Translate complex IAM concepts (authentication, provisioning, entitlements, RBAC, certifications) into clear, business-friendly documentation
Develop detailed use cases, workflows, and business rules for enterprise-scale IGA implementations
Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, including:
Risk assessments
Audit support
Tracking and remediation of findings
Ensure IAM solutions align with governance policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management objectives
Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and conflicting practices; recommend practical, scalable solutions
Support security project teams and vendors by delivering timely requirements, data analysis, and follow-ups on open risk items
Ensure business and operational readiness for security tool implementations, system enhancements, and process changes, including end-user training support
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, GRC, IT systems implementation, or related disciplines
3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management, including enterprise-scale IGA platforms (PAM and Access Management experience is a plus)
Experience working in regulated or security-focused environments
Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, information security, and IT concepts
Proven ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business audiences
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to assess the impact of business changes on systems and processes
Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
