Responsibilities

Lead technical planning, design, and procurement of long duration energy storage technology and integrating components
Provide technical oversight of electrical system installation and commissioning
Work with a multi-disciplinary team on a high visibility project that defines the ways to implement long duration energy storage solutions
Share electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff
Identify new opportunities to develop solutions to help customers meet their toughest needs

Required

8+ years of experience in power electronics, including power subsystems
Experience prototyping new products
Ability to design and deliver complex electrical system designs and projects
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated hardware and software products
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Preferred

Experience with the Department of Defense or other federal energy projects
Knowledge of military tactical energy systems
Secret clearance
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
