Responsibilities

Lead the Product Quality Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Manage complex, cross-functional projects related to product quality and regulatory submissions
Provide strategic insight and scientific oversight for drug product quality throughout its lifecycle
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, about product quality issues and audits
Mentor team members and foster core skills within the Product Quality organization

Qualification

Pharmaceutical experienceGMP experienceLeadership experienceAdvanced degree in chemistryRegulatory compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or MA with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years
8+ years in pharmaceutical environments with increasing responsibility
6+ years of experience directly in GMP settings
4+ years of leadership or team management experience

Preferred

advanced degree in chemistry or related field
