Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is required
10+ years in power generation or heavy industrial maintenance

Strong knowledge of power plant systems (boilers, turbines, generators, auxiliaries)
Expertise in outage planning, reliability engineering, and project management
Foster a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement and support outage planning and execution, including budgeting and scheduling
Must have excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
