Field Service Coordinator
VEGA Americas manufactures, distributes, and services process instrumentation to measure level, density, weight, and pressure. The Field Service Coordinator will support the team of Field Service Technicians by handling service requests, scheduling service engineers, and processing service orders.

Responsibilities
Handles service requests from customers
Schedules service engineers and ensure they receive their work orders
Ensures customer entry requirements are met
Processes service orders, including entering the orders into TopVis (CRM), invoicing, and maintaining customer files
Ensure that training materials are sent for field schools
Handle incoming calls into the department, when necessary
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree from two-year College or technical school
Six months to one year related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in CRM
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
