Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end system implementation initiatives, including project charter creation, scope definition, and delivery execution
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven enhancements
Analyze system issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
Oversee the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of change requests within ServiceNow, balancing business value with technical feasibility
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors supporting system integrations and external solutions
Direct the planning and execution of system testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Ensure comprehensive documentation, user training, and effective knowledge transfer for all system changes and enhancements
Research, assess, and recommend emerging technologies that can strengthen business operations and capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree required
5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards
Must have strong experience working with implementations and process integration
Must be comfortable commuting to Bolingbrook 4-5 days/week
