They are seeking an experienced Chair of the Board to provide governance leadership, strategic guidance, and support for market access as the company scales in the US.

Responsibilities
Lead the Board in establishing best-in-class governance, fiduciary discipline, and regulatory oversight
Drive exit readiness, including positioning, governance tightening, strategic signaling, and short- vs long-range planning
Partner closely with the CEO to navigate US market entry and scaling, including procurement and health system engagement
Act as a senior ambassador, leveraging a deep US network across health systems, payers, and major medtech players
Provide strategic guidance on M&A pathways, investment banking relationships, and acquisition processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as Chair or senior board member in growth-stage companies
Strong background in medtech, remote patient monitoring, virtual care, or AI-enabled healthcare platforms
Deep, relevant network across major US health systems, payers, and innovation ecosystems
Experience supporting early- to mid-stage companies as a board member, advisor, or investor
Demonstrated involvement in successful acquisitions; credibility and influence in exit discussions
Preferred
Background in or exposure to large medtech organizations (e.g. global diagnostics, imaging, monitoring companies)
Working knowledge of US reimbursement models (Medicare, Medicaid, hospital-based purchasing)
