Responsibilities

Receive inbound goods, verify specifications, and record entries in the Track & Trace and Inventory Management systems

Capture six-sided photographs of received goods and store them in designated racks according to specified locations and recommended temperature conditions

Prepare outbound shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials, temperature-controlled boxes, and data loggers, ensuring goods are packed securely and correctly

Independently manage all operational activities related to inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records

Ensure goods are stored under appropriate conditions, including refrigerated or temperature-controlled storage as required

Segregate expired, damaged, or returned goods and place them in the designated quarantine area within the facility

Adhere strictly to Quality Control requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Monitor storage temperatures regularly and document any deviations in the temperature logbook, initiating notifications when required

Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
