Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational processes across clinical trial supplies, warehouse operations, and supply chain activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
Lead initiatives focused on resource optimization, capacity planning, and inventory management to support business objectives
Establish, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and best practices
Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Manage and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to address deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues
Provide leadership and guidance to teams to reinforce a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement
Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of comparator drugs and Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs) from global sources
Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize costs and strengthen supply chain efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction
Apply process improvement methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and increase productivity

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse and supply chain operations, preferably within clinical trial supplies, pharmaceutical outsourcing, or comparator drug sourcing and supply
Strong results-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
Exceptional attention to detail with professional phone and email communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Strong organizational, time management, and project ownership skills
Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and take accountability for deliverables
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline
