Technical Recruiter
Sterling Engineering is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates using online tools, databases, and professional networks
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview coordination and feedback
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Support offer development and salary discussions, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines and candidate expectations
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems or databases
Manage multiple open requisitions concurrently while meeting timelines and service expectations
Provide professional recruitment support and guidance to managers throughout the hiring process
Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies related to compensation, talent development, and equal employment opportunity
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting professional or technical roles
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills using online platforms, databases, and networking strategies
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Experience collaborating with hiring managers and supporting offer negotiations
Working knowledge of compensation practices and equal employment principles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
