Responsibilities
Lead major incident response, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore services quickly and minimize impact on financial transaction processing
Design and execute diagnostic tests on computer systems, communications equipment, Cisco routers/switches/firewalls, and network links to identify and proactively address issues
Provide Level 2/3 hands-on support for hardware, software, middleware (WebSphere, IBM MQ), databases (SQL, DB2), Linux/AIX/VMware, and file transfer technologies
Implement changes in customer-facing environments, support WAN services, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery exercises
Engage with client banks, e-wallets, payment networks, and vendors to develop technical integration solutions and resolve installation/operational challenges
Train Operations Representatives on TCH networks, systems, and procedures while maintaining detailed documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Cisco and routers
Proven experience in LINUX and (Red Hat)
Proven experience in WebSphere
3+ years hands-on experience with Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls)
3+ years hands-on experience with WebSphere/Java J2EE
3+ years hands-on experience with IBM MQ
3+ years hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux/AIX servers
3+ years hands-on experience with financial transaction platforms
Strong expertise in UNIX/Linux shell scripting
Strong expertise in database queries
Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL/DB2
Strong expertise in VMware 5.x/6.x
Strong expertise in Windows Servers for troubleshooting and patching
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
Detail orientation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Proven team collaboration in fast-paced settings
