Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to validate business assumptions and provide insights and recommendations
Translate asset project assignments to actionable plans and business cases
Manage projects that solve critical supply chain opportunities and risks, with a focus on manufacturing
Engage cross-functional partners to ensure execution of initiatives
Collaborate with individuals across multiple levels, functions, and geographies
Validate existing and future commercial brand category key priorities and growth assumptions
Clearly communicate project scope, objective, and requirements to required stakeholders to drive results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management
A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted
Three or more years of supply chain, finance, sales, or strategy experience (supply chain inclusive of manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or planning) in the food sales or relevant responsibilities in comparable industry
Demonstrated problem solving skills, including strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to turn findings into executable plans
Strong written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to influence others
Strong organizational and planning skills
Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Occasional travel throughout BBU
