Human Resources Intern (PN 20082313)
The State of Ohio is seeking a Human Resources College Intern to support their mission of partnering with people with developmental disabilities. The intern will assist with new employee onboarding, including creating training packets, managing documentation, and conducting monthly verifications.

Responsibilities
Create and assemble training packets/ for each new hire
Assembling onboarding packets/folders
Filing employment and personnel documentation into employee records via OnBase
Data reporting, management of various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Conduct monthly driver’s license verifications
Employee recognition: maintaining a record of employee birthdays and anniversaries
Other tasks, as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check
Preferred
Preferred experience or interest in Human Resources Management
