Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all IT support requests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and VOIP systems
Administer RDWeb / Remote Desktop Services
Support AWS-based services (storage and infrastructure)
Deploy and support Windows devices; assist with Chromebook administration
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Use scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar) to streamline tasks
Provision/de-provision system access and maintain system reliability
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of IT support experience
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with RDWeb, AWS, VOIP systems
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Must reside in Arizona
Valid AZ driver's license (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
Chromebook management experience
Scripting/automation experience
A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications
