Clinical Service Desk Analyst
PDS is seeking a Clinical Service Desk Analyst to provide support for EHR and clinical applications across both acute and ambulatory care environments. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical staff and IT, helping resolve application issues and support workflow needs.

Responsibilities
Provide first‑line support for EHR and clinical applications via remote service desk
Troubleshoot, document, triage, and escalate technical issues as needed
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and education teams to resolve system and workflow challenges
Support training efforts and contribute to project implementations
Use knowledge databases and established procedures to ensure high‑quality resolutions
Maintain communication with end users and escalate critical issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or 2+ years of clinical or clinical application support experience
Clinical license/certification or experience working in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Cerner, PACS, or similar)
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across departments
Proficiency with office applications and understanding of integrated clinical systems
Preferred
Additional healthcare certifications (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CHFM, CHPA, CPP, ARM)
