Responsibilities
Partner with sales to translate forecasts into stocking levels and replenishment strategies
Build and maintain production schedules in SAP, aligning raw material orders with facility capacity
Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
Design replenishment strategies that reduce working capital requirements and minimize aged inventory
Track inventory turns and manage product lifecycle transitions, including promotions and discontinuations
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, communicating service issues to planning, procurement, and operations teams
Develop short- and long-term supply projections to support vendor planning and internal decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end supply chain or production planning, ideally within consumer goods or manufacturing
Strong SAP expertise
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization)
Ability to travel up to 20% (potentially up to 50% during initial project ramp-up)
Preferred
Analytical mindset with the ability to model complex inventory and production scenarios
Proven success as an individual contributor in cross-functional environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence procurement, operations, and finance teams
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive change in a fast-growing business segment
