Responsibilities

Executing daily outbound prospecting activities into priority Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, including high-volume phone outreach, email sequences, and multi-channel engagement
Leveraging Aurora’s AI-assisted workflows, prioritization signals, and automation tools to increase efficiency, improve conversion rates, and inform outbound strategy
Conducting research to identify new prospects, expand contact lists within target accounts, and surface key decision makers
Partnering with Account Executives to align on account plans, outbound sequences, and target personas to generate high-quality Sales Accepted Opportunities
Collaborating with Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to refine outbound messaging, support ABM initiatives, and provide feedback on AI workflows
Developing and documenting outbound processes, playbooks, and hybrid AI + human workflows that will form the basis for a scalable, repeatable BDR model beyond the contract term
Participating in regular check-ins, providing activity reporting, and contributing insights that support continuous improvement of Aurora’s outbound engine
A documented outbound playbook encompassing cadences, talk tracks, persona messaging, and recommended workflows
A formalized hybrid AI + human process map detailing recommended division of labor, automation opportunities, and workflow design
Activity KPI Achievement - Consultant will meet the following weekly and daily outbound activity KPIs throughout the contract term:
Average 50 outbound dials per day into targeted priority accounts
Add 6 or more new priority-account contacts per week into outbound cadences (minimum of 2 per assigned Account Executive)
Maintain consistent use of CRM and AI-assisted tools to log activity, update contact records, and track progression
Additional deliverables as mutually agreed upon during the contract term

Required

Experience in outbound business development activities
Ability to execute high-volume phone outreach and email sequences
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and automation tools

Experience collaborating with Account Executives on account plans and outbound sequences
Ability to refine outbound messaging and support ABM initiatives
Experience in developing and documenting outbound processes and playbooks
Strong reporting skills to provide activity reporting and insights
Ability to meet weekly and daily outbound activity KPIs
Experience using CRM and AI-assisted tools for logging activity and tracking progression
