Responsibilities
Registers visitors for visitation and same‑day procedures by creating visitor badges using the Visitor Management System
Greets patients and visitors, offering friendly and prompt assistance
Directs patients and visitors to their appropriate destinations
Assists in training new staff members
Takes the lead at the Information Desk as needed
Provides support in the supervisor’s absence to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three (3) years of experience in a business, hospitality, or healthcare-related field
Strong computer skills, including data entry, website navigation, and use of various software for daily operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Good interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to multi‑task and maintain proper telephone etiquette
Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail
May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Associate Degree plus at least one (1) year of experience in a business, hospitality, or healthcare-related field
Bilingual skills preferred
