Information Technology Engineer
ICS- IT, Voice & Video is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to deliver high-quality technical support and software troubleshooting. The role involves managing computer systems across client organizations and enhancing operational efficiency through expertise in desktop and network support.
Responsibilities
Be an integral point for ticket escalation for higher level issues
Interface with clients and team members on escalated issues
Accepts tickets through HelpMe (BMS) within the ICS SLA’s
Update tickets on a daily basis and communicate with the clients regarding resolution
Assist L1 associates
Assist other departments includes IT Help Desk and auditing ICS IT software
Qualification
Required
Requires experience in Windows Server
Requires experience in Routing
Requires experience in Switching
Requires experience in Microsoft 365 (InTune)
Preferred
Working in multiple server environments
PMP Training and Certification- Online
