Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
Assist clients with billing questions, payment processing, and coverage explanations
Support clients through the claims process and act as an advocate when issues arise
Prepare quotes and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages
Maintain compliance with all Tennessee insurance regulations and agency procedures
Document all client interactions thoroughly within the agency management system
Build strong, lasting relationships that support client satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in personal lines insurance or a strong customer service background
High school diploma required
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive in supporting agency goals
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
