Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple civil construction projects
Manage and support project superintendents, foremen, and field staff
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Enforce safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture across all sites
Coordinate with project management teams on scheduling, manpower, and logistics
Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with contract documents and specifications
Interface with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors in the field
Assist with project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in civil construction with heavy civil exposure
Proven experience as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
Strong background in roadway, infrastructure, utilities, bridges, or similar civil work
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
OSHA certification
