Account Manager
Alined Consulting Group is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The role focuses on building relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through strategic planning and effective communication with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and loyalty with assigned clients
Address concerns, provide support, and ensure clients are happy with products/services
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
Develop strategies to meet client needs and achieve their business goals
Communicate client needs to internal teams (marketing, finance, support) and vice versa
Manage the client lifecycle post-sale, ensuring long-term partnership and retention
Qualification
