Responsibilities

Architect and implement complex infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability for enterprise environments

Plan and execute large-scale migrations and upgrades while enforcing security hardening standards for Windows environments

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational frameworks and resolve critical escalations and root cause analysis for outages

Analyze and optimize system performance at scale and develop advanced PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to improve efficiency

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams while collaborating with architects and senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives

Preferred

Expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration at an enterprise scale, including Active Directory design and management with Azure AD integration

Proficiency in advanced PowerShell scripting and automation, as well as virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware

Experience with hybrid cloud integration (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and DSC

Strong understanding of security hardening, zero-trust architecture, disaster recovery/high availability solutions, and performance monitoring tools (SCOM, PerfMon, SolarWinds)

Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and load balancing
