Responsibilities
Personal Hunting (Phase 1): No SDRs. No excuses. In the first 6 months, YOU are the Sales Team. You personally close the first Enterprise whales to ensure validation for investors
Network Activation: You don't do cold calls. You pick up the phone and call your friends—CEOs and VPs in HR-Tech, Gig-Platforms, and Fintech. You enter through the "front door."
Building the Machine (Phase 2): Post-raise, you build and command a global Sales Army that runs like clockwork
