Responsibilities

Demonstrated expertise in data and platform architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based Databricks solutions
Strong software engineering background, including hands-on development, performance tuning, and optimization of Spark-based workloads
Proven experience designing and overseeing end-to-end data integrations, including ingestion frameworks, data pipelines, and system interoperability across enterprise platforms
Ability to lead architectural delivery across the full project lifecycle, partnering with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex Databricks and data architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with the Databricks Lakehouse platform, including Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, and workspace governance
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, modern big data ecosystems, and integrating AI/ML workflows within Databricks environments
