Senior Reliability Systems Engineer
deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Senior Reliability Systems Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAMandT performance requirements to ensure that program requirements are achieved, while liaising with Integrated Product Teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Perform System Reliability and Maintainability (RAMandT) Engineering Analysis
Establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAMandT performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts
Ensure that RAMandT program requirements are achieved
Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the RAMandT of assigned subsystem
Support the product teams in the investigation of RAMandT issues and develop mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field from an accredited university with five years' experience, or a Masters degree and three years' experience
Minimum of 2-years' experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline
Experience with Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis
Experience with SW reliability analysis
Experience with the development and verification of RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements
Experience on a large-scale missile defense system like GMD
Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Five years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline
Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Growth Testing (RGT), and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
Experience with and Ability Perform Built In Test (BIT) testability analysis
GWS experience
Leadership experience
Good communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
