Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations
Data Entry: Enter updates, and other pertinent data into HR systems with precision and attention to detail
File Maintenance: Organize, categorize, and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
Administrative Support: Provide general clerical support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support to all personnel
Will perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must hold a current secret clearance
Preferred
Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a military or government setting
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is desirable but not mandatory
Strong clerical and administrative skills are paramount
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of paperwork and data
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to team success
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and solve problems proactively
