Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the process, from conceptual design through construction administration, as well as production of construction documents and consultant coordination
Exceed client expectations within the constraints of budget and schedule
Act as the lead point of contact for clients and consultants
Mentor support staff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Must be a Registered Architect or be on track to complete registration
Revit proficiency a must, Photoshop and 3D rendering proficiency are a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience and interest in all phases of the architectural design and construction administration process a plus
Ability to generate creative solutions that balance clients' wishes with real-world constraints
Good communication and collaboration skills
Requires lateral thinking and prioritization skills, the ability to 'switch gears.'
Good working knowledge of wood frame construction
