Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
Support openings across IT and Professional Services (Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations, MBO)
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels
Conduct video interviews and candidate evaluations
Submit qualified candidates and manage active pipelines
Maintain accurate activity, candidate data, and documentation in Loxo (ATS)
Partner closely with Business Development to deliver high-quality results for clients
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in agency recruiting
Experience with full-cycle recruiting in contract and direct hire models
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive
Must be local to the DFW area
Preferred
Experience recruiting in IT or Professional Services
Familiarity with Loxo or similar ATS platforms
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
