Director of Customer Success
Zulay Kitchen is seeking a Director of Customer Success to oversee the full customer experience lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate customer interactions, managing customer satisfaction across various platforms, and maintaining compliance in customer-facing messaging and documentation.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer satisfaction across all platforms, including email, marketplaces, social media, and internal support tools
Ensure all customers are fully assisted, issues are resolved efficiently, and follow-ups are completed, in a speedy fashion with no delay
Ensure warranty policies, product manuals, instructions, and support documentation are current and accurate
Verify that review requests are sent in a timely manner
Critical Reviews are written to and resolved
Create Return Labels and ensure customer service sends to customers electronically
Period coaching with customer service team
Any questions or concerns in customer service assisted
Escalations managed efficiently and rapidly
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success or a related field
Strong leadership skills
Ability to oversee systems and daily execution
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in managing customer-facing messaging and documentation
Experience with warranty policies and support documentation
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
Experience in managing escalations
