Responsibilities
Assist in developing and improving products and processes for food and beverage markets
Conduct lab-scale experiments, pilot plant trials, and support product commercialization
Work on applications, raw material qualification, and product characterization
Prepare reports and presentations to share results with stakeholders
Gain hands-on experience in office, lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments (with occasional travel)
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related program
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new ones
Passion for food innovation and curiosity about how products go from concept to shelf
